WEBINAR/WORKSHOP:
TAME YOUR STAGE FRIGHT!
My journey with stage fright stretches back to childhood—but over the past decade, I've turned my anxiety into confidence, joyfully presenting as an author and performing comedy, music, and solo shows at venues such as NYC's The PIT, UCB Theatre, and more.
Now I help others gain confidence in their public speaking skills through Tame Your Stage Fright! This session combines lived experience, research, and practical tools to help creatives manage nerves and actually enjoy conference presentations, school visits, media interviews, and other public appearances.

Tame Your Stage Fright! is offered as a webinar or in-person workshop and covers:
· Tools to manage the physical symptoms of anxiety
· Mindset shifts that reduce fear
· Practical preparation techniques that increase confidence
· Strategies for personalizing the support people need

There's a lot you can do to tame your stage fright—and no reason to put off feeling better about your next upcoming presentation. Let's chat!
